We have access to lenders that will lend up to 80% on the equity of the property.
Here are the criteria:
1. Only the bare land, principle residence and garage will be considered determining the value
2. Maximum of 5 acres will be considered when determining the the value the property
3. Location must be within 50km of urban population of 25,000 or more
This can combined with “equity mortgage”, where no income verfication is required.
Conventional mortgages is available for raw land acreages properties. Conventional mortgage requires 25% down payment with 25 amortization.
